  • Q. What plan are flashed / unlocked Sprint phones compatible with?
  •  A. Boost Mobile $50 Monthly Unlimited and Pay As You Go Plans

 

  • Q. What is the Boost Mobile $50 Monthly Unlimited Plan?
  •  A. A No Contract monthly unlimited plan that includes talk, text, web and now includes unlimited 411 and IM/E-mail.

 

  •  Q. What kind of coverage does Boost Mobile offer?
  •  A. Coverage similar to Sprint's all digital network: Click Here for Coverage Map

 

  • Q. Does Boost Mobile charge for roaming?
  •  A. Boost Mobile does not currently offer roaming, therfore you will not recieve any roaming charges.

 

  • Q. Can we flash / unlock your Sprint phone to work with Boost Mobile?
  • A. Yes, the handset must have a clean ESN / MEID. If the handset is currently attached to a Sprint account please contact us before closing your sprint account.

 

  • Q. What is a Clean ESN / MEID and where on the is it on the phone?
  • A. A phone that is not currently active on another Sprint account, does not have a Balance due on the handset or has been reported Lost or Stolen. The ESN / MEID can be found on the back of the phone underneath the Battery, it comes in two forms DEC (DECIMAL) and HEX (HEXADECIMAL). Here is an example:

  • Q. What service do I need to purchase to flash / unlock a Sprint phone to use on Boost Mobile?
  • A. There is four different items you can purchase depending on if you are a Boost Mobile customer or not.  

If you are not a Boost Mobile customer but have a Sprint phone with a clear ESN/MEID, you will need:
Flash / Unlock Sprint phone to Boost Mobile with a new account (First Month of Service is Included)

If you are a current Boost Mobile customer using an iDEN Chirp/Walkie-Talkie phone, you will need:
Flash / Unlock Sprint phone to Boost Mobile *iDEN Customers ONLY*

If you are a current Boost Mobile customer on the $60 BlackBerry Unlimited Plan using a Boost Mobile Branded BlackBerry 8330 Curve, you will need:

If you are a current Boost Mobile customer using a CDMA phone (ex. C290, W385, K1m KRZR, Incognito, Juno, etc.), you will need:
